Tribune Obituaries Police officer Duane Go Goodmanson on dies Duane (Skip) Goodmanson, 46, a 22- year veteran of the Minneapolis Police Department, died of leukemia Saturday at Riverside Medical Center in Minneapolis. Goodmanson was diagnosed as having leukemia in June and was awaiting a bone marrow transplant. He will be honored at the 10th annual Racquets for Research on March 25. The event is sponsored by the FBI and the Minneapolis Police Department to raise money for leukemia research.

Goodmanson is survived by his wife, Ginny, and sons Jeff and T.J., all of Coon Rapids; his parents, Duane and Verlyn Goodmanson, of Park Rapids, brothers Dale, of Carpinteria, and Dennis, Don, and David, all of Minneapolis.
