Survivors include his widow, Serene; two sons, Thomas and Paul; a sister, Mrs. Ross Lat-chaw, all of Minneapolis. Visitation began at 3 p.m. today at the Thomson Brothers mortuary. The family prefers memorials to Central Lutheran Church or the Swedish Hospital Coronary Care Unit Equipment Fund.

CINDY GREEN Cindy Louise Green, 4-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Green, 1273 E. Shakopee Shakopee, died Tuesday in a Minneapolis hospital of leukemia. She had two brothers and a sister.

Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Phillips mortuary, Shakopee. Burial will be in St. Mark Cemetery, Shakopee. CHARLES HEISE Services for Charles Heise, 81, 300 Queen Av, who died Monday, will be at 1:30 am.

Thursday in McDivitt-Hauge Colonial Mortuary, Broad way and Washburn Av. with burial in Crystal Lake Cemetery. A retired hardware store owner, he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. John Koorn and Mrs. Paul Bukosky, both of Minneapolis.

49, Los Angeles, formerly of 3615 Girard Av. who died Sunday, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Bridget's Catholic Church, with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Miss Klaers was a bookkeeper and had lived in California for 11 years. Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Gertrude Klaers, Minne- will vote Aug. 15 on whether licensed eating establish ments should be authorized to serve liquor on Sunday. Two restaurants in the city would be eligible for Sunday liquor licenses.

They are the Holiday House Restaurant Cocktail Lounge, 1600 Cedar and Jant- zen's, a motel, restaurant and cocktail lounge, Hwys. 61 and 96. Rosholt Boy Dies in Collapse of Sandpile Special to the Minneapolis Star ROSHOLT, S.D. A6-year-old' Rosholt boy was killed and his 9-year-old brother was hospitalized Tuesday when sand collapsed into a gravel pit where the boys were playing. Killed was Leonard Keller, 6, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Vernon Keller. His brother, Daniel, 9, was in fair today in a Wheaton, hospital. The boys were playing with two other boys in a six-foot-deep pit near their home when a sandpile, apparently weakened by recent rains, caved into the pit, burying Leonard and Daniel. Daniel managed to free himself, as did a brother, Scott, 7, and a neighbor, Ronald Braun, 7, Ronald summoned help, but Leonard was dead when rescuers uncovered his body.

Tax Collections on Beer Drop Minnesota beer tax collections dipped slightly in July but liquor taxes were up $115,362 from the same month last year, Gale F. Lindsey, state liquor control commissioner, reported. Collections for the month totaled $2.3 million. Beer tax collections were down $2,411 compared with July 1966. Liquor taxes totaled $1.7 million for the month, beer taxes $563,470.

TCOIC Gets Equipment Gift From Univac The Twin Cities Opportuni ties Industrialization Center (TCOIC) today announced it has received a donation of equipment valued at more than $60,000 from the Twin Cities operations of Unjvac and other divisions of Sperry Rand Corporation. TCOIC is a local, non-profit corporation which offers free basic education, pre-vocation, vocational and job placement services to persons in low economic groups. The Univac contribution, consisting of electronics and office equipment, will be used to expand the scope of electronics courses offered by the TCOIC's Minneapolis and St.

Paul branches. The Minneapolis branch, 517 Marquette now has more than 300 persons enrolled in classes five days and evenings per week. The St. Paul TCOIC branch, 502 Laurel has an enrollment of more than 150 in evening classes. (U.S.
