Jet Planes WASHINGTON OJ.PJ Authorities estimated today that fewer than 50 jet planes would find a ready market in Latin America despite the lifting of a United States air force ban against such sales. The estimate was based on a survey of the demand in Latin American countries for the Lockheed F80 Shooting Star and the Republic F84 Thunder jet.
