Newhouse, 5025 Aldrich ITH the first annual central states regional conference of Junior Leagues over and delegates returning to their homes from St. Louis, where the sessions were held on Tuesday and Wednesday, the Minneapolis Junior League is arranging a luncheon for Tuesday noon at the Minneapolis club at which Miss Emily Anderson of New York, national field secretary for the Association of Junior Leagues of America, will be the honor guest and speaker. Miss Anderson was the outstanding speaker at the principal session of the conference in St. Louis and is coming here directly from the convention city to address the Minneapolis group. Miss Elizabeth Strong, president of the Minneapolis Junior League, who returned home on Friday morning from where she attended the conference, and Mrs.

Frank W. Bowman, delegate from the local league who is expected Monday from Kansas City where she stopped en route for a visit with relatives, will give reports of the convention at the Tuesday meeting and present plans for work stressed at the sessions.
